Probably silly question but.....

Ok this may be a silly question .... but here goes.
What happens if you have paid for ski hire/ lessons etc and the weather is against you - lifts closed because of wind or not enough snow .... wrong conditions for the snow cannons etc - any idea anyone?

Told you it was a silly question! So the best should have been to rent in resort and plan lessons from there ....???

re: Probably silly question but.....

Your insurance should offer piste closure cover otherwise your tour op might have something in their booking conditions. Booze

re: Probably silly question but.....

They will make sure at least one piste is open (such as the drag lift by the Rila) so you can't claim on the insurance. Another option when the snow is variable is to rent/buy tickets by the day and therefore not pay when the snow is too poor to ski on
