Problems with Inghams APIS information

Hi,we are booked with Inghams on 12th March. We have received travel details and need to register our passports details on the APIS page of their website. I have tried to do this several times but the site always crashes.
Has anyone else had problems or is it just me and my rubbish connection?
I finally have a day off work tomorrow so will try during the day. Up til now all attempts have been in evenings or at weekends, though appreciate this should make no difference!!

Why do Inghams want you to register your passport? Having travelled extensively all my life I have never had to do this before?

hi jasoni had to do the same in january and had no problems if you get the same tomorrow i would ring them cos you`re supposed to fill them in 2 wks before flying.

I have had to do this before both with Wizz Air last week and last year going to Turkey with Thomas cook think it is becoming more common but not sure why

The British Government is demanding passengers information prior to travel so they monitor who is going in and out of the country. It was introduced by Labour and has gradually covered more destinations and shortly Bulgaria will be compulsory. Google E-Borders for more info.

Success!
Perseverance was the key. Every time the page doesn't reload within 10 seconds I stopped and resent the data.
Has taken me 51 minutes to enter 6 names and 6 passport numbers!!!!
Isn't modern technology wonderful! Not even sure why they want the info!
Now, just 13 more sleeps to our first ever ski holiday - and am as excited as a 7 year old in a sweet shop!!!!

Even odder - as I've just booked online with Balkan within the last week for 2012, and so have 6 of my friends and none of us had to enter any passport details whatsoever!
