Hi jsut got back from Borovets and i was staying at hotel Oylmp it was great fun but the hotel was minging and the food was rank!!!!!!!!

You've got me slightly worried- I'm off to the Oylmp week after next, and while I'm not expecting the Hilton and don't intend to eat much there apart from brekky, a basically clean room would be nice....

My girlfriend and I fly out to Bansko on March 6th and looking forward to it. I have heard that food in the hotel's is not the warmest... well neither is it in British hotels.

I stayed on Business in a good number in Bristol and on EVERY occasion of staying in a US owned chain the breakfast was "at best" luke warm.

VC you will have a great time... listen to yourself. You want to enjoy this holiday don't you? Go and enjoy it, forget the negative comments and make the best of it

ask for a room on the third or i think 5th floor, we made friends whose room had been refurished new bath etc.... lucky people. the food in the snack bar in the hotel what you pay for is really cheap even cheaper than the resort but portions are not too big!!!! Breakfast is ok but get there for 8 o/c you won't have to wait for more eggs or queue for the toaster!!!!!

we got back on the 21st feb, the weather was lovely up the mountain every day except on the friday when it was foggy and windy so gondala did not open so lower slopes were very busy. Snowed nearly every day, a little icy in some places but had a great week
