Sorry for the bad new's but we have RAIN.It it +6 air temp in Chepelare.
Just called to Pamp's ski depot and it is the same.
I am going to Pamp's today and I will send a post when I get back,

Bansko is also blighted by pretty awful snow conditions. No rain as yet (and no snow) but still very warm and the pistes are now looking bad and are quite dangerous with large rocks projecting through the snow even on the higher runs.
The ski run home was (10 minutes ago) just about the best place to be (the top blue is OK and that part of the top red that is open is OK). Whilst the ski run home is very easy at least there was no one on it and it has been pretty well maintained.

Our apartment overlooks the ice skating rink….it melts ever day and as I type this it has already turned to water!

Andy, and I have just got myself Winter Sport insurance in case someone idiot tries to get me on skis. Sounds like I may have wasted my pennies.Never mind, I am there for 3 weeks and the weather is so unpredictable we could end up with a 3 foot dump (wishful thinking maybe).
Look forward to meeting you all next week. Don't forget to air the basque and fishnets etc.

I've been having a recurring nightmare of boarding down tarmac in Bansko next week. It's horrible.I hope it's not a premonition!
All the forecasts are saying different things. What are the chances of snow for next week??
So disappointing, I hope it improves and my horrible dream doesn't come true....

quick update for you. It has been raining all day in Chepelare and Pamporovo ski depot's.
There was some snow on top of Pamp's but from the mid station down it is not so good.
The top is still o.k but it was slushy from the mid station down.
the temp is a bit lower than last night with high cloud cover. Poss some snow showers later tonight or early morning.
All the runs are a bit thin but still o.k to ski down to the depot's sorry I dont have info on the run's to smolyan
