RILA BOROVETS

Anyone staying at the Rila, going out on the27th Dec with my wife and 2 sons (11 &15) fingers crossed for alot more snow!

No There will be plenty of people hther. the renovation is only taking place to half the hotel. With no pool you may even get an upgrade.

John, i hope you are winding me up! i'm worried enough about the amount of snow over there, i don't need to start worrying about building works at the hotel.

Sure a little bit of diztraction but nice men working on hotel I kno my son working as on the soundblaster machine on the morning shift, He said borovets great place

Ps Ski insurance only any good if there is no snow even a little withe low level drag lifts will mean no or little payout

I stayed at the Rila in 2002 great hotel, Worry not about the snow, we have been promised it by loads of people on this site and I for one will not doubt them

I hope you are at work getting stressed it really isn't worth it, There will be plenty to do and all your family will have a good time. The times I have been before over new year I never bothered with the forecast and it was always ok a few weeks before we went, Now we have so much information we get obsessed don't worry you will have a great time…. Unless the Rila really is being refurbished

delboy we stayed in rila last year, good place, food 7/10. Snow cond were poor but we still had great time.
