Rain falling brings cooler air down with it. The resort is already at a high elevation. Evaporative cooling can also occur in lighter winds. It will turn to snow, and is probably already snow at the tops.

I thought that the winds will need to be super cooled aso that they carry sufficent moisture . this condensates as the cloud cannot take the moisture no longer??

JUST BLOODY SNOW!!!!!!!! NOW!!!!!!
