Thanks Bill - very useful. Can I make a suggestion, as from personal experience, there are many such useful posts as yours, but they are difficult to find on the mass on entries on the discussion board - can you post a copy on the comments page on the website - I think it would be really useful!!

Hopefully I can add to this after I have come back - going in a week's time (now just need to get in touch with the snow gods!!!)
