I went to the Black Cat for my breakfast (at about 2pm) one day and only half of it was warm. The waiter was overly helpful, when he put a bib on myself and my friend!!!! Fortunatley there were not many people in to witness this.

I should have known better than to go, as at my welcom meeting in the Black Cat the same waiter pretended to through a cup of coffe over me, oh how I laughed!

spent a week at the samokov recently and i would suggest you try the food at the samokov before you judge , i did and was quite supprised , the food was fine and i enjoyed it.otherwise you could try a little resturant called the "hrima" our ski instructor took us there it was fine .
