Rila hotel phone number!!

I am trying to phone the Rila hotel from the UK, but cannot get the proper number or contact them, can anyone tell me the full correct number?
I want to book ASAP!!!!!!

are you dialling 00 (for international) followed by 359 for bulgaria then the hotl number?
