Ok guys i thinkin in a way you are all right , however i must say i have to side with "Back"
if you think its ok to pay 3 lev for a hot chocky or 4 lev for a beer as it is in the samokov bar , try taking a trip to Samokov town , i went with 4 other people and we had 2 rounds in a bar which consited of 4 chockie brandys 4 beers and 2 teas , came to 12 lev for the lot, food for thought?
the cost of living is far lower in bulgaria than austria of france, so due to this i think we were well ...

Joy,Yes it is when you consider the cost of living in franvce compared to the cost of living in France.
