S.P. concessions are done on mental age so no chance!!! You have to go out in Jan, it,s the law !! to many people expecting it !!

Started doing workouts in the gym. Lost over 2 stone in weight and first skiing booked for 27th August so will know better then how things are. At the moment all feels as if it will be better than it has for last 3 years so may be able to keep up this year. If so Canada is taking a pasting.

Went to XScape last Sunday and all went very well. Going surfing in Cornwall for a week on 30th August then looking forward to the 20th.

Does'nt look positive still for Jan,(lot of leave requests being cancelled) Canada safe though. Welsh Ambulance Trust in crisis and being threatened by Welsh Assembly to put us in special measures. More like special needs for the Welsh Assembly is a better option.
