Mmmmmmm, missed the programme, though im sure it was as factual and well balanced as any tv production 
When i looked through this thread i thought initially that the descriptions were of my country of birth, what with the doctors and nurses leaving, hospitals in disarry, lack of dentists, the drink and drug problems, prostitution and the general low worth of the population....
I was quite relieved when endemic high level corruption, war mongering, two tier society, two tier justice, ...
