The camera in the Snowshack in Pamporovo is running again. It will only work in "internet explorer" as it needs active x. You will be asked for the user name and password the first time you log on. Enter "live" for the user name and leave the password empty. click OK.
Once the programmers have sort out some new code, hopefully this week, the camers should start to work inside this site with full streaming and no need to log on.

If your computer says you need activex you can change the setting easy enough. You need to be looking at the camera in Internet Explorer, not Mozilla. Once the streaming is set up next week there will be no need to do this but for those that can't wait, here goes.
1. In internet explorer click "tools" and then "internet options"
2. In the window that has opened select the "security" tab.
3. At the bottom of this tab is the option "custom level" - click this
4.Opens new window for "security settings".
5. Scroll down the list until you find the option for "ActiveX controls and plug-ins".
6. Select "enable" for the choices there. Click 'OK" and the bottom and "Apply"

You should close internet explorer and restart it. When you access the camera for the first time it will ask permission to download a small program, click yes.
