I know - very surprised the Yorkshireman decided to go back to Newcastle. I hope he does well for the Magpies, they are a big club, with fantastic support and deserve more on the field success than they have had in recent years.
Hey that's great......
They played some fantastic, cavalier football under keegan.
Can't wait to see em doin it again.
Ideal headline next season "Man United beat magpies into second place 4-3 to win premiership"
After having seen Newcastle this season, I will agree that they have a big support but its not a great support. The ground was half empty with about twenty minutes to go.
Newcastle are not a big club just because they've got a big support, the club has got to prove it with silverware and I don't think Keegan is the man to do it, in my opinion its a step backwards.
I'd love it if he proves me wrong, but I can see it all ending in tears.
