Hi well I am only 5' 5 and dont have any problems rember that once you get you boots on that will make a difference and it dos not matter so much if they gather at the bottom a bit it is not like you will fall over them! Very Happy

Ah bugger!! Sorry I think you will just have to do some groundwork in the shopping department. If all else fails you can hire from snow&rock for about £20 per wk I think they do short leg Very Happy

Have you tried a Child's size? My sister is quite small and gets really cheap shoes by buying in childrens sizes Smile

re: Sallapettes

You could try slioch, they do made to measure gore tex salopettes. www.slioch.co.uk I've got a pair myself and they last for ever.
I know its mountaineering gear, but get a matching jacket and you'll be the belle of the ball.

try harder. the wife is just on 5'1" and got salopets really easily. worth buying them out there if you want to save money.

Hi Nic

Since I'm about 6' 5, what ever you cut off your salopettes, send it my way for me to stick on the bottom of mine......
