I was just wondering whether anyone will be able to help me....
Am staying here on sat the 30th for a week and Have read some awful reviews since booking to stay here. So was wondering if anyone would shed some light...???
I understand the place is rather dated, and im fine with that, as I wont be surprised and disappointed with something if I am mentally prepared. So was wondering if people would divudlge any info...
So far Ive heard.....quite unhygienic, mouldy bathrooms, ...

Am hoping that by being this prepared I could be pleasantly surprised????

the samokov is fine..you will have no 'real' complaints!!some people just like to find fault and at the end of the day you get what you pay for...dont go expecting the ritz!! ive stayed in loads of hotels in borovets over the years and they are all on par with each other..your room will be clean and warm and the food will be edible, unless youre a fussy eater..

I think Bob is on the spot. Its central, cheap and clean. Food is OK and a lot better than it used to be.Tip - Evening meal is served at 6:00 get there then and youll find a reasonable choice and its hot(ish)

Great location, that's about it, I would eat out if I was you, also before you leave check under your beds and behind your head board for your clothes, that the maids would like you to leave.Have a great time boro is great.
