Severe Weather Warning

Sure to please you all.

All resorts will, yes I did say WILL get a substantial fall of snow later this week with the heaviest falling on Thursday. Temperatures are set to plummet to - 15ºc. The snow is set to continue over the weekend which should see all resorts receiving their deepest snow coverage of the season.

The snow has in fact already started in most resorts - but this is nothing compared to what is to follow.

You have my word on that

Get in! Cant wait.. How much you predicting in pamps? End of feb, begining of march is looking better an better. Already been in jan an had an amazing time, so more snow there can only make it better! I hope!! Want to try a black if there open when i come back. Are any blacks open now? Thanks

Woohoo, great for all of us still to have our hols (Boro 28th Feb, bring it on!), shame for those that have been lately where snow may not have been so good, but keeps the faith in BG!!

Hey PP--you after our jobs?!! ---indeed is looking even better than was thought last Saturday--more good snow as you indicate, and another good dumping looking favourable for Sunday/Monday---by the time we go in March Snezhanka peak will be a couple of meters taller due to all the snow (I hope!)

Checked latest snow forecast, changed somewhat. The same every week, loads of snow forecast 3 to 4 days in advance as it approaches less and less snow forecast. Being cynical could the travel industry have an interest in the snow forecasting sites. Get people to book on the promise of good snow?

40cm fell on bansko over a weekend a few weeks back and at the time snowforecast forecast none at all. They get it wrong on both sides of the scale either predicting lots of snow that doesn't arrive or very little which turns out to be a dump. Not worth bothering with. I'd say pete and co are better informed so i'm expecting snow this week to prove my point!
