Shoes

Off to Pamps on the 12th and I know this a stupid question but as a newy I am still working out what I am taking etc.
What do you wear on their feet when you are not skiing???

I know shoes but what sort?
Boots, trainers??

I am a boarder so do not have the same issue around the slopes. Around the resort I wear Cat boots and never normally have any problems.
