Should I buy Board equipment in Borovets?

Heard that it is much cheaper to buy equipment in Borovets than back home. Is this true? Any suggestions?

i know i'm going to buy some new skis while i'm there. a friend bought some last year for £150 plus poles and a bag.. but they also do deals for the same price which include boots.

I'm planning on doing it next Sunday! I'm taking an older board with me so I'm not stuck if I don't see a real bargain, but I'm planning to shop around, take an old mobile and ask the guys at Franco's to help me out.

Got a year old D500 that I've just finished using. Got offered £300 for it last year, hoping for maybe £70 - £100 off a new board, although with the prices out there I'm just getting greedy!

they offered me £60 for a old nokia 8310 last year no camera no colour screen it was rude not to take it....

you can barter thats part of the fun..we also at the rila 10 of us and another 2 at the edlewess..
