Borovets, can this be true?

Has any one else noticed the detailed plans for Borovets? leading up to a bid for the 2014 winter games? If this comes off it is going to be an amazing place, 5 star hotels in Bulgaria?? skiing down to 'Samakov' just hope the body can last out till then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(by the way water skiing is a popular form of transport to work at the moment down here) lol
