Ski Insurance Help

Good Afternoon All,

I am heading out to Bansko for a week on 11 March 2006 and I am trying to find some cheap (But Decent) travel insurance. I currently have a annual policy which is wanting to charge an additional £20 for winter sports. Has anybody been able to find anything cheaper?

Try moneysupermarket.com and thisismoney.com both sites let you compare loads of quotes. Also insure & go might be worth a look.

I have a number of excellent insurance companies that have ads. running on my website. A number of these are accessible via the home page.

I personally always use go travel insurance and have been delighted with them for both winter cover and summer holiday cover.

He is not saying its £20 he is saying its £20 dearer than last year, we do not know how much he paid last year, so he could be paying over the odds - he is only asking for advice.

You might struggle to find cheaper than £20 but we got a year for £100 for a married couple (50 each) with no snow sports limit or something silly like 42 days free snow sports cover (so much cover we werent going to exceed it.) It is a local company in Leicester. if you are interested I will get the name and number for you. Good luck Wink

Fair point to what you are saying but what the poster has stated appears to me to say that he currently has an annual policy, and the company is requesting he pays an additional £20 for winter sports cover.

re: Ski Insurance Help

Thank you for those who have provided usefull information. I have already paid for my annual insurance and my company is wanting to charge an additional £20 for winter sports for the remaining 7 months of my policy. I simply thought I may be able to get cheaper for 1 week than 7 months.

Its never hurt to shop around!
