Hi,
Off to Borovets on 14th. Booked with Inghams for me, hubby, 7 and 10 year old. Does anyone know if we will be allowed to be in the same ski class, as I don't want to leave my 7 year old in another class.
Inghams didn't specify that kids go in a different class and I am a bit worried after reading some of the postings.
As I've said before, it's your holiday, and not the instructors, and nothing will be done to prevent you and you child from enjoying it to the full.
If you really want to stay together then you can, but the Bulgarian instructors are brilliant with kids and they will be very safe.
Most kids (not all) like to be in a group of their own age and they make many new friends.
Lessons end at 3.30pm and you can all meet up again then, and spend an hour skiing together. But the choice is very ...

When we went last year a couple in our group asked if their kids could ski with them (kids were aged approx 11 and 9) and they were allowed. They put us adults to shame too!
It might be worth phoning Inghams up and asking them or alternatively asking your instructor on the day.
last year my children aged 9+8yrs went into ski school
my daughter thrived on it and got on great and loved the ski school (tho not the teacher) my son didnt like it so much so some times he stayed with the class or he came with us or one of us (we were boarding) and he too had a great time and they both attempted things they hadnt done before and had on the whole a good holiday but after ski classes had finished each day my children both met up with the frineds my daughter had made with ...

but the holdiay is yours and if you want to all be togother then talk to the instructors and itl be sorted
You will fine most probably you will be in the Rila Ski School. Here you will be grouped according to your level. If all your family are of the same standard you will be in the same group.
However your children (and you) may have more fun if you are in different groups.
Be careful my daughter was a week under 8 years old last year and we were made to put her in Kindergarden as we were told she was too young for Ski school.
However this was in Pamps so you may be ok in Borovets.
PS she had a great time and went skiing with us in the afternoon.
