Ski collection Xmas

Hi.
Booked Xmas ski break today to Borovets,Staying at Hotel Lion.We arrive at the the hotel at approx 10pm and was wondering what the ski collection proccess is as the following day is Xmas day and i would guess most of the ski rental places will be closed.We have pre-booked our ski's through Thomson but don't know the system.Basically we want to ski on Xmas day as will most people i would guess.Help please CHEERS! you will ski on xmas day everything just carries on as normal.it is the beginning of season and they accept they work on this day. however u will find the instructors who have families may want to head off at 3/330 instead of 4.but this is nothing to worry about

I went to Borovets for Xmas 2003 and skiing was done on Xmas Day itself. On your coach transfer you will be given a welcome pack which will enclose vouchers for you lift pass and ski equipment hire. Meet your Rep on the first morning and they will tell you everything you need to know and arrange your instructor. Have a great Xmas and don't forget to post a report when you get back .Enjoy your Xmas Dinner Booze Booze.
