I received my tickets yestereday. I take it when we get to our hotel we will get something to prove that we have paid for ski hire and our passes!? cause there is nothing mentioned on the tickets!?
i have only other been skiing with my shcool back 7 years ago, so kinda different when going in a small group!!
i'd get onto the travel agent and check with them. It could be a mistake that nothing was sent with tickets. I'm in same boat but not got tickets yet as dont go till 3rd march.. Assume that i will get a voucher of some sort to give to hire shop!!
we got voucher with our tickets that says "local area lift pass 2 persons" (we're with Inghams though) when we get there we exchange that for a lift pass either from the rep or from the ticket station
Balkan don't send anything with tickets. It does say on your invoice though, so take a copy just to be sure. The rep gives you a voucher in resort and you exchange that for ski stuff and pass on the first morning.
Crystal/Thomson just send you confirmation of what you have booked, then you get all the tickets to get the ski gear on the first morning, just check that it states somewhere on your booking you have ski pack.
