Game over Wash, this is probably what will happen.
Meet with Rep 8.30 to 9am in reception where they will give you your lift passes and tickets for school and equipment. Your equipment will be in one of the depots on the ground floor of the hotel. You will have to fill in a card with room details etc and will have to fit your own boots. You will be asked weight and shoe size and once the boots are sorted they will give you a pair of skiis. Then struggle out of the building a few yards where you will see a load of people wearing red ski jackets with "Borosports" on the front and back. This is not sponsorship but your ski school. They run the slopes, school, hotel that you are staying in and the equipment that you are using. Show one of these people your tickets and tell them that you are all on learn to ski and that you wish to stay together. You will probably hang around in the cold until 10 to 10.30. That's pretty much it in shorthand. Make sure that you get yourself a lift pass holder each but you can get these in the ski deopt when you get your equipment and ask them there for a helmet too. Have fun and I hope that you enjoy it and i'm sure that you will.
