Have stayed in the Snezhanka for the last 6 or 7 years. Stayed there last year when a school from Ireland were there. The were called La Salle and all their party was very well behaved and didn't make too much noise.
The food was ok but when served can be quite cold. Facilities are good, rooms clean, warm but quite basic. Check out for any damage to your room on arrival and report to management at reception as they will try to charge you for damage. Keep valuables in safe deposit box at ...

Centrally located, accesible for buses, taxis, main resort etc. The Open Fire is back -this should bring back some character to the hotel that was once very homely and cosy. Enjoy the stay!
