I got the nickname about 10 years ago when this site was quite young and the guys from BulgariaSki invited me to be an administrator. At that time I just used my own name of Pete Roberts.

Then one evening in about 2001 my wife and I got into a lift in the Perelik with another couple and we started talking. He asked me if I used this site and I said yes I was the administrator - to which he replied 'oh so you must be ...

The rest is just history Razz

Never the less a wee interesting story - Ypu must like the place to visit so often. Ilived in Wiltshire for about 30 years. RAF Upavon and then the local police. Know Devizes well, police HQ in London Road. The Market Square, Canal etc. nice place to live.

I have had a newsletter advise of snow in a few days time, that will be welcome. I am staying at the Murgavets Hotel, so I hope it comes up to expectations. Doing a solo effort this year, ski school and hopefully skidoo - I ...

We have stayed at the Morgavets many time Brian and it is one of the better hotels. It is well situated for all the nightlife and the ski bus stops just behind the hotel so just a 2 minute stroll in the mornings to catch it.

Never done the Husky ride but it never seems to last very long, no sooner do they go than they're back.

19th year for us so yes - we just love the place.
Devizes is a really nice place to live and I've also played a bit of golf at Upavon.

Let me know if you're ...

The husky ride is quite short. Its a lovely experience for kids and it can be a bit scary for them so probably as well its not very long. I probably wouldn't bother if it were just for me. If you do decide to do it make sure you haggle with the price.
