Snow on the way to boro!

Its on the way to borovets folks check out snow-forecast.com. Gutted for the people who have suffered, we have been three times to boro and have been lucky enough to enjoy fantastic conditions from the end of january onwards.

It certainly looks better for all the resorts in bulgaria, especially from tuesday, Pamps seems to be going to get a fair amount too. Bansko also looks to get snow everyday from tuesday onwards but not too heavy so visibility should still be good.

Yes it looks to be improving ...dont know how much snow is needed to cover the green/brown slush and rocks tho

hope and pay its enough keeping everything crossed 6 more sleeps to go then Boro here we come

Rocks are the problem, I dont know Boro but if the rocks are large you may need 30cm or more for it to be safe, the runs lower down may need less if the ground is relatively smooth. I know there are some large ones at Bansko on the upper slopes and to be honest they need 40cm or more I am told. At least borovets should have some better skiing next week.

Yes, unfortunately, Bulgarian ski resorts haven't got off to a brilliant start. Hopefully, things will improve for the middle to end of the season.

Hopefully things will improve by the 30th in Brovets.

We fly out from Manchester on the 30th.

Come on snow, I will be devastated if we cant ski. 1st skiing holday with me mates and I chose Bulgaria.
