Snowboard Service - Pamps

Hi all,

Coming back to Pamps on Feb 25th for the 3rd time. Can't wait considering how much snow there is at the moment Very Happy Hoping it will still be there in 5 weeks time!

I'm sure I read on here somewhere the Snowshack is now closed. Is that true? That being the case, where's a good place to get a snow board serviced? I always put my board in for a service at the start of every holiday but only ever used the Snowshack before and don't know of any other places.

Has to be somewhere ...

Has to be somewhere that knows how to sharpen an edge on a snow board though. Sounds daft and you'd think any service centre would know how to do this but put my board into a place in Bansko last year and they made a proper hash of the edges!

Cheers

re: Snowboard Service - Pamps

Why not get it done before you go to save time?

Cool

re: Snowboard Service - Pamps

Thats is an option but the nearest place to me is a 75 mile round trip and they never do it while you wait, the boards have to be collected a few days later. 150 miles to get a snowboard serviced is a bit on the excessive side which is whay it always gets done after day 1 of the holiday.

The question still stands Wink

it is - also in the same area you can try Interski and Ride Stop - both also do board services.
