Last year we went to Bansko and I got obsessed with looking at webcams that had pictures from the slopes I think there were four of them looking at different points on the slopes. They refreshed really regularly is there a similar thing for Borovets? All I can find id the skidvd one that is on a hotel or something looking at the road.
