I don't know who the company this site sets you up with, but we booked through balkans-PMS. The guy picked us up was wearing a 'hunters' jacket. We had paid for a private transfer and its worth noting the following:
Sofia-Borovets - Not a bad journey, guy was helpful but instantly told us he didnt speak any english. Fine by us, we wanted the peace.

Borovets - Sofia - Same guy. Picked up and all going well until we got to Samokov, whereby he stopped and picked up two blokes at the side of the road who had been in a different companies transfer that had crashed. Russian guy was slipped some Lev, they piled into our 'private transfer'. So I'm sat in the middle seat in the back and I realise that the seatbelt doesn't work at all, I'm squashed in my own 'private transfer' and suddenly with a pocketful of Lev on top of his normal charge russian guy decides he can speak quite a lot of english. Fortunately the blokes were ok but we were slightly annoyed by it all, we wouldnt have left two british lads at the side of the road though.
