Ok, apart from the OP (many thanks for the link) I'm nervous about using these in case they're a wind-up...

I was caught out once. Nicky told me to rub my belly if i liked the food and say bremenna sam or somthing along those lines. It meant I am pregnant. The waiter wet himself laughing
