Kaki - should read = Kak si

Doubree should read = Dobre

surely IMT the basics would be more like

edna golyam beera molya = 1 large beer please or maybe
edna golyam vodka molya = 1 larg vodka please

rather than hello (which by the way is zdravay), how are etc etc
