Summer in Bansko

Does anyone know if there are any outdoor pools that we can use in Bansko. Are there any hotels that you can pay a local fee to use the facilities.

We will be in Bansko in August with our 10 month old. We are renting a car so we will be mobile and we plan to do some hiking. But if anyone has any other recommendations on things to do at that time I would really appreciate it. We willl be there from 13th to 21st August. Are we missing the JAzz festival? And does anyone know how hot it will ...
