Evening allVery excited that we are off to boro on sat19th staying at the rila wooohoooo. As we are taking out 14 month old we will need to get milk, bread etc for her. Are any supermarkets near the rila that sell blue top milk etc?

Yes there are mate, however take the bus outside the samokov hotel and for 2 levs go down to samokov town, there is a supermarket target or bila bus stop right outside much cheaper more choice i always go on the first day after skiing and get all i need.re: Supermarkets Borovets

Supermarkets down the street from the rila are small but you might get all you need there. Certainly sell long life milk. We used the supermarket in the rila near the ski depots

i was also worried a little about this as i am traveling with a 2+1yr old and will need blue top, sma and pampers, but will bring enough to keep me going for a couple of days till i can find what i need.re: Supermarkets Borovets

The bus needs 20 mins and goes every 30 mins. In Samokov are 4 big supermarkets, two of them you can't miss right on the main road you drive along with the bus, Billa and T-Market, so what mean blue top milk?See you at the meet...

Yes you can get 'blue top' in a number of shops in Borovets. Just go to a shop and ask for 'cows milk'I have found it the last two years.
