Bulgaria Ski discussion board

Like the rest of you - my skiing holidays mean the world to me.

From one holiday to another I am counting down the days until I can ski again and enjoy the freedom, friendships and fun that every skiing holiday brings.

So tomorrow I hit Austria, and the resort where it all began for me 15 years ago - Niederau.

Little did I know then how much that holiday would change my life forever, and although I am itching to go to Borovets, it will be nice to return to the resort that started it all for me.

I think this years discussion board has been the best year EVER - certainly for the 7 or 8 years I have been involved in it anyway.

Loads of new people who are cyber friends already, and hopefully soon to be personal friends for life.

For now, I would like to extend a massive thank-you for everybody who has made ths board such a joy this season. We laugh, we disagree, we pull each others legs - but most of all we share a common bond of skiing and boarding that brought us here in the first place.

And add to that, all the support you have shown for the Orphanage Appeal and the hard work done by Tufty Duck, Bibblyb0bs, Andie, Carole, and of course Amanda then it all adds up to one brilliant year - and the best is yet to come.

So, see you all in just over a week, will try to log on in Austria but no promises. Enjoy your time on here and have fun in whatever you do.
