I have read the comments below , concerning my preference for switerland.i cannot see why i got abuse, i was only stating a fact and replying to barbara's intial question.My wife was offended by some of the replies, considering I have never been rude to anyone.Note to all:

No you're right James there is no Bulgarian resorts that can equal that ---- THEY ALL BEAT IT BY A MILE
For value
For local charm
For honest and genuine locals
And for the type of down to earth fun-loving people who visit Bulgaria.
And yes, I have been to snob-ridden Switzerland with all it's pretty people who barely bother to speak to anybody - and in my opinion Bulgaria knocks it for 6.
