Hi Judith. I believe like me you work in London. Someone has to. Can't wait for holiday but some way to go yet. This board keeps me amused in the meantime.
I too will be here until I fly out on the 22nd. No point even trying to pretend that I am actually doing any work before I go skiing - it just isn't going to happen. Sorry boss!
Its all this talk of snow made me think you were off this weekend. It seems there are a lot of you are going out on 22nd. Expect some great reports back from Bansko as it will be my first time there
We go this weekend (Pamps) but we will try and post a couple of messages to let you all know what the conditions are like etc while we are out there, would be rude not to return the favour really after all the info we have got from the board......It'll be nice to give something back.
All my banter of the forthcoming snow fall and colder temperatures, of which I was spot on (if I may say so myself!), is grooming the slopes of Bansko making them crispy perfect just in time for when us lucky 22nder's arrive. You see my fellow ski enthusiast, fresh snow/powder is great but to have it consolidated, yet still powdery to an extent, by the sub zero temperatures that are going to linger well after the snow has fallen next week, will leave my beloved pistes of Bansko crispy fresh ...
