I report regulaly on trip advisor and send folk this way as i believe it has the most up to date news etc- i know a few others contribute too.However after a lot of bad news with poor snow falls of recent, i was expecting this great early season to be a much appreciated welcome boost!
However a certain Mr Svetoslav Trifonou has made a post today that hardly shouts come to Bulgaria!
(true maby but not inviting to possible guests!)

Just read the report and it's sad to see this. I'm not in Borovets atm so I've no idea what it was like on the ground but you could see the results of the power cuts on the webcams.
My only negative experience in Boro has been the attitude of Borosports personal so I can believe that they would be arrogant and not refund money but I've no idea of if the other resorts would have a similar or better attitude. It was also interesting to see earlier posts about them prewarning of power cuts ...

Not sure as yet- no doubt Bobby & Kas will let us know!I personally dont rate Borosports and their old equipment. Have seen some bad instruction with them too- though to balance it have heard of some excellent classes!
Prefer Hunters or Samokov.

Prolly not fair to get K&B to comment publicly on the rights and wrongs of Borosports. Last year I came really close to clocking one of the BS chair operators because of their shocking attitude - good job I didn't though as a spell in a Bulgarian jail would not have been funny.
The real proof of the pudding however is that we are back in March for another dose of Boro - everything else, especially the Alpin accomodation, Hunters staff and welcome from K&B more than makes up for the ...

jezi meant they would let us know in the daily updates on the snow, if the power was off or not, not get involved with any debate!
