I have today, banned a certain individual for constantly bickering and slagging off regular posters who spend hours helping others.I said at the beginning of last month that this year I would not tolorate this, and that still stands.
I don't enjoy doing it, and I have been very patient with this person.
He does however, seems to have access to several computers and posts under various names, so no doubt he will appear again......... Briefly.

Well done Pete It's a shame that you have to do this to people even after they have been warned, but they were getting very tiresome.Although i don't always agree with you, keep up the good work and slowly some of the people that posted on here a few years ago will come back like myself.

like i said you will never stop this only slow it down by banning people. i would have abnned him ages ago.Pete another thing that whould help this is if you had to log in to post not just put ur name this would mean that if u banned soem one they would have to re set up an anount and genraly stops people.

When a ban is in place it bans the computer - not the name. So no matter what name is entered - it will still be blocked. Ths means no posts can be registered from that computer onto the site whatsoever. If that person then uses a different computer it will allow the posts - until such time that they cross the line again and that computer is also banned.
