Tuition at mid station

Whats with all the tuition thats going on at mid station.Can see a few colisions happening there, with people coming down the green run at stupid speed. I'll probably be one of them
On a serious note that never used to happen. Looks like things are getting busier.

Tution has always happened at the mid station as it is the start of the nice fast bit of the green.re: Tuition at mid station
Instructors choose many strange places to conduct their first days tuition, but I would imagine that it's very busy down at the Malina today.PP

Last season they had schools at the midstation cam, and also by the top webcam (by the 4 man lift) because of conditions. I cannot see the snow being a problem now, unless there are just so many schools........re: Tuition at mid station
Well thats what I am thinking, to many ski schools these days. There are plenty of other places that wouldn't obstruct other's. The 4 man lift can get very busy at times.re: Tuition at mid station

Yeah it does but it isn't in way of anything. There you have people coming down off the wall and also the green run, just seems a bit dangerous to me.re: Tuition at mid station
maybe the instructors are taking a new approach this year. To get the novices used to being around more experienced skiers, put them right in the middle of the fast run. It's like reverse phsysology.re: Tuition at mid station
