No probs Maisie!Worldwide Property Portfolio (Ireland). They are a company based in the north of Ireland who already manage the Grand Bansko and the Crown hotels built by BDB with their JSC method.

Yeah its sounds like the only way to get the complex up and runnung is through the Joint Stock Company. If not then we will have to wait god knows how long.re: Two Rivers Bansko
This company are based in Portadown. N.I.Friends of mine have bought in Crown Bansko. They were also told about the joint stock company. i believe this is about owning shares in the development but no-one knows the value. My friends have sought legal advise and been told not to get involved. They had a meeting on Wed in the office to discuss all necessary details with the company. This complex should have been completed last year and probably will not complete to next year. Be careful

I thought i would fill you in. Two rivers has broke away from BDB and is owned now by BDB4 who now has run out of money.Our complex 2rivers should have opened April 2007- so this shows how bad things are. By forming a JSC in 2rivers will mean every apartment owner will get shares for the value of their apartment.If it is formed WWP have put pressure on BDB to bring in the funds needed to get the complex finished as they have many clients who they have sold apartments to in two ...

WPP has insisted that they will manage the comlex in partnership with Globle paradise a major tour operator and bdb- They will not work with bdb4 who have no money. I have spoken to friends of mine who are business minded and also taking legal advice on the Jsc and they think it is a good solution for the crisis Two rivers is in.What legal reasons where your friends advised not to get involved by participating in the Joint Stock Company as i can make my own assessment.

I have forwarded on details of this site hopefully my friends get in contact soon.My friends claimed that having shares meant they wouldn't be able to use the apartemtn when they chose to. They would only have a few weeks a year to choose from.
