It was Balkan Tours in Belfast. The people who own it are Bulgarian and I think thats why they allowed me to have excess baggage. We flew out last Saturday and my case weighted 38 kilo's, didn't have any probs checking in at Dublin
i would definitely check before you go - because if your case weighs over 25kg regardless of weight limit, the baggage handlers are not allowed to lift them "Health & Safety"
I am a bit concerned that if you do not get the excess baggage pre approved and just turn up with it at checkin it could be very expensive , as you can see below and this money would probably be better spent over there for the orphanage.
However, if you look on Thomsonfly.com under baggage policy you can pre-book extra bags and it will not cost much at all.

Then it was stopped, reason given. cost of fuel going up, and if everybody wanted an allowance, too much weight on Plane, I spoke with Church Body in Varna, now I buy Exercise Books and all schooling materials from a Market in Varna or the local ...

I also visit a Large Fruit/Vegetable market in Varna and buy the Fruit is Bulk. I wish you luck in your quest with Balkan Holidays. Cheers. F.V.
Hi Carole
Thanks for the info, I will be back on the phone tommorow to thomsonfly armed with more info, and if that fails I will try the female blackmail tactic...bursting into tears However, me, hubby and 2 big sons have all agreed to take less in our cases and put the stuff for the children in there, or we could just try wearing it all on the plane....whatever way it will all get there.
