Hi Sara - yes one fo the reps got back to me very promptly and we can upgrade for 76 levs in resort. The rep can help sort this for us. Its a shame they 'can't' do what other companies have but I'm not overly bothered if we have to do it this way. We will wait and see how we get on with our lessons as we may not need to upgrade ( well I probably won't but hubby may) Confused Very Happy
