To adjust your security setting try this.
On the top tool bar click "tools", choose "internet options"
From the tabs at the top choose "security".At the bottom of the open window choose "custom level". In this window check that you have "ActiveX controls and plugins" enabled.

The camera program only works with "Internet explorer".
