How are you coping with Christmas and all of the food and drink temptations? Just like yourself I 'changed' my lifestyle about 4 months ago and have lost a stone of so but I have succumbed to a few treats over the last couple of days! Fell tons better for though in myself - and I have discovered a great compromise - I can eat most anything (in moderation) as long as I go for a brisk run and burn off to balance the calories - usually this results in burnin off more - hence the weight loss! ...

Really looking forward to skiing in 2008 as I expect to last much longer on the slopes and not get knackered so easy!

Very Happy

re: WHAT I GOT

Good luck with the marathon Sam, my other half is doing the London maraton in April and is training really hard. He actually did 14 miles on Christmas Eve, but will have a break for the next 10 days whilst we're skiing. His trick is making me drive him 14 miles away from our house and drop him off, then he has to run home - no choice about it Wink
