Hi to all on the site,
first things first thanks to all on this site i have been reading this forum for nearly a month and find it increddibly informative, so thanks pete aaron amanda and all the others keep up the good work!!!!!!!

Right then i am in pamps now and will be posting my mid hol report tomorrow so watch this space.........

On the subject of discounts i would like to inform you all that the WHITE HART pub does NOT give any discount on food or drink for mentioning bg ski. I know this because i was there yesterday and spoke to the waiter to claim my discount who was oblivios so he spoke to a woman who claimed to be the manager who flatly declined my supposed discount, so i asked if it would be ok for me to speak to the manager and explain my case, i spoke to the woman explained that i was a user or bg ski showed her my list of discounts that i was given by amanda in the tourist info ( who i must say is a very nice lady and unbelivably helpfull keep up the good work !!! ) so the manager of the WHITE HART told me my piece of paper was no good and that i must pay the full price !!!!!!
In response i told the woman that i would be postin this blog for all to know that they dont give any discount and she didnt seem to care !!!!!!
Although my discount wasnt going to be much on a 50 lev bill it is the principality and the fact that i went there because all on this site said it was good, in response to that i would like to say the SERVICE was POOR the food was TERRIBLE in actual fact it was barley EDIBLE the carbonara was shocking along with the 6 king prawns for 17 lev and the 8 lev beer, on top of that a woman sat outside the toilet asking for more money to use that also!!
Overall i would not advise going there unless u want to be RIPPED OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please now let me end on a good note and say i think pamps is a great place with great people and unbelivable scenery although the snow isnt great there is still enough to keep me entertained !!!

Other than my experience in the WHITE HART PUB i am having a fantastic time here and by no means do i think pamps is dead i just think the locals should appreciate the tourists and what they bring because without us pamps would not exist, they should really quit seeing us as a walking pound sign and trying to fleece us at every angle and just play fair i think this place could be AWSOME !!!!!!!!!!
