Waterpark in Bansko

Hi all..
We can confirm that the rumoured waterpark is actually happening. It is being built as we speak between the Tamplier and the Kanderhah. Two floors so we can assume it will be an all year around facility. A Spanish company with supposed good experience. Also the building of an indoor go-kart track in Razlog, from those lovely people from Blagoevgrad Razz

Something that is also supposed to be happening is the footings of the proposed 2nd gondola, and the pads for the pylons ...

whats the state of play with the shopping mall? Will it be ready for the start of the ski season?

How far did the muncipality get with resurfacing some of the roads and pavements??

I have cycled up to the proposed site (i think ??) and unfortunately can find no evidence of any works Mad Another Bansko rumour...
But the waterpark is a reality Smile

Shopping mall is almost complete, but on a smaller scale to originally planned. Right by the BRT. The second gondola site is as i know it about 600m up from existing gondola, right by the Glazne. The ground has been levelled, but nothing else.
Many roads made up, Lucky Bansko, a couple off Stefan Karadja, and the road up to St Davids.... Paths made up....
