correct the global forecast system is more accuarate but weather in bulgaria is soooooooooo unreliable there is no point in forecasting ive been in sofia when the temperature varies 25 degrees from one day to the next................. im from blagoevgradre: Weather update
charlie, even the weather in Bulgaria can be forecasted - trust me I have been doing doing just that for about 7yrs!Perhaps if you took the time to learn how to read the various weather models you too would be able to forecast the weather in Bulgaria.

if the temps are anything like those that I have seen on snow-forecast, then it will feel very cold on the mountain, especially if it is windy or you are in shadow.
You don't say how old your daughter is ? but she should have good quality ski gloves and recommend merino wool glove liners too. You can buy boot and hand warmers that give out heat within the glove and boot also, but have no experience of the efficacy of these .
Goes without saying that decent ski wear and thermal ...
