What's the beer like ?????

First time in Bulgaria.Going to Pamps in 3 weeks and i really do like my beer! is it all bland, or is there some with flavour,like some Austrian and Bavarian beers? Im the kind of skier who does a couple of runs then has a beer,etc,etc,etc.What ever there is i will drink though.Any info much appreciated TLC.

All bulgarian beer was pretty good from what i remember??? I drunk a few never had a favorite
and they were always cccold.. Heiniken export sold most places always more expensive and not as nice i rekon...

Generally, Bulgarian beers are lager like, and much better than available in the UK. They have dark beers as well. They have great flavour and are nearly as good as German beer. Imports are available but Bulgarian beer is usually better and cheaper

Most popular used to be Astika, but now Karmaniza and Zagorka have taken over.

Good quality, cheap and happy hours are happening all the time.

Used to know 3 guys in Pamporovo who always bought a crate of Astika each when happy hour started which meant they got 6 crates between them.

Me..... I'll stick to the Brandy and Cola Lite thanks

The dark beer at place next to top of main lift was bl--dy good 4 me after a hard mornings ski!!!

Zagorka do a dark beer but to me it tastes the same as the light one.
Not too keen on the Kamentiza.
I'll stick to the Rakia and the Mastica!!!!!

Its all good stuff, and the glasses are BIG
